Even this will pass

Even this will pass
While sitting on revolving chair khayati was feeling proud of herself. She breath deep and lost in to the past. She remembered the struggle she had made to reach this place. She lost completely in memories of her past. First scene come in front of her was Noida city center metro station. where she was standing alone and weeping very badly after breakup with Danish. Danish was her boyfriend and now he ditched her.

She was thinking of him while crying.
How he can do this to me? I love him so much, I fight with friends and family for him and now he is ditching me. Danish was her world and now for her world is finished, She was about to jump in front of train after this instance. She was remembering the time they spent together. Visits to different mall and cinema halls are running as a picture in front of her eyes! Her next move was very close to death all of sudden a thought strikes to her mind," even this will pass" said by a great saint.
This thought comes to her mind like a lightening. I have to change my mind to change my life.  she tried to make herself clear about her next move. Reaching home she was in arms of her mom after a long time. Mom asked,"is everything all right?"
she  replied in yes.  This was the beginning of  a new chapter of success.
she worked hard for two years at executive management  course add skills to herself.
Today she is placed as management associate with a great package.

They study the land, choose seeds suited to the soil, and plant them where they will thrive. Leaders face the same task with people. Every team member has unique talents, and when you match those strengths with the right roles, you create the perfect conditions for growth. Misalignment, on the other hand, only leads to frustration—for both the leader and the team. 2. Don’t Sho...
